We may collect and store information related to your use of FlipStart features, including scan history, saved finds, Hunt Mode sessions, XP, rank progress, achievements, Brand Compendium discoveries, Diamonds in the Rough discoveries, generated listing activity, and other in-app progress.

Analytics and app usage information:

We may collect analytics events related to how FlipStart is used, including app opens, sessions, onboarding activity, scans started, scans completed, scans failed, scans saved, scan feedback, listing generation, Hunt Mode activity, Progress tab activity, Achievement interactions, Brand Compendium interactions, Diamonds in the Rough interactions, and similar usage events. This information helps us understand app performance, improve the user experience, identify bugs, and make FlipStart more useful.

Guest and anonymous usage:

If you use FlipStart without creating an account, we may collect limited anonymous or session-based usage information, such as anonymous identifiers, session identifiers, app activity, and feature usage. Photos and image data:

FlipStart uses item photos to provide AI-powered resale analysis. These photos may include clothing, electronics, shoes, accessories, tags, labels, graphics, flaws, or other item details. You should avoid uploading photos that contain unnecessary personal information, faces, private documents, addresses, payment cards, or other sensitive information.
